Use of the Website

By accessing the website, you warrant to Next Cellular Pvt. Ltd. that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of the information available via the website.

Usage of Products

• Our products are meant for the use of retail customers and are not meant for commercial/non-retail use. Any commercial/non-retail usage of these packs is subject to scrutiny and action from Next Cellular. Commercial/non-retail usage is defined as cumulative duration of outgoing or incoming calls >120 minutes per day and/or data usage >1GB per day, which is far in excess of the average daily usage by individuals in the course of their international travel.

• In terms of any breach of the terms and conditions herein and/or misuse/unauthorized use or for the cases where SIM is transferred/alienated for any commercial purpose, including telemarketing or otherwise Next Cellular reserves the right to withdraw all services from that particular SIM.

• The Data is ‘FREE’ and without any Fair Usage Policy (FUP) restrictions. This feature is unique to us.

• Data alerts will be sent out after every data at 50%, 90% and 100% of the usage on product/pack.

• No alert will be sent out on voice usage i,e outgoing call minutes

• Call duration is rounded upwards to the nearest 60 seconds since pulse rate for voice calls is 60 seconds.  Data usage is rounded upwards to the nearest multiple of 1MB, since pulse rate for data is 1MB

The parties agree that the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
